adjust gu headlights

I need some help to adjust my head light as they are to far left and to low can anyone help with where the adjusters are and how they work thanks johnsy

johnsy i would have thought that info would be in the books in the glove box (owners manual ) but knowing how nissan and other dealers love to grab a dollar i maybe wrong have look on the back and see if there are any plastic knobs you may do it from the back but my gq is done from the front with a phillips head screwdriver steve
