I have noticed recently a lot of people finally coughing up and joining ExplorOz as full members. They have expounded the ventures of their decision, telling one and all how important this web site is to them and the amount of information and pleasure they derive from just being apart of such an active and enjoyable band of desperates. This frankly has made me question why I have sat back for the last couple of years and not supported David and Michelle through my hip pocket.

There are so many individual characters, stories, humour and information on this site that I find I am glued to the threads everyday. I even have ExplorOz as my home default on my computer. I have derived so much pleasure and information that it finally time to commit. The thing that finally swung me was the Trader area of this site. No fees, just value for visitor and member alike. I placed a classified last weekend for my icebox and sold it within 2 days which was totally unexpected. ExplorOz has provided me with money that I was not expecting and I did not have to pay for the listing, another great service to all.

If for some reason ExplorOz was not there tomorrow due to any reason, there would be huge hole left in my day to day enjoyment, something that I really don’t wish to consider!

So it makes a lot of sense to me that I now put my wallet were my enjoyment is and finally join this band of adventures….at least my ExplorOz wheel cover will now reflect this commitment.

I look forward to partaking in engaging informative debate with a little bit of satirical humour and course a lot of fun in the future. All the ingredients that contribute to my pleasure of being apart of this band of like minded people.

Oh bye the way, I don’t work for ExplorOz but would be happy to extol their ventures across all the forums I travel in.

Cheers,

Patrick

Thanks Gramps for the comment and to your decision to join this bunch of retrogrades. We live to enjoy!

If you are tall, dark and handsome and in your prime of life....unfortunately we cannot be related.

At least the thought was there!!

Cheers, Patrick

Patrick,

I didn't know browny points were redeemable on this site. Did I miss the fine print or something. LOL
In all honesty I agree with your sentiments and welcome another QLD'r to the fold. Hope to see you around a campfire at an EO gathering soon.

Regards Trevor.

Thanks Trevor from one Queenslander to another.

I like your thinking.....if browny points were redeemable, I would settle for a stubbie holder.

Don't need the sticker when the ExplorOz logo takes up the whole tyre cover.

Brisbane boy and the northside!

Thanks for the welcome.

Oldplodder,

Have you found the sticker yet?
I think mine is in with the will, and when that surfaces, will consider sticking it in the proscribed spot --- which is?

Incidentally, we're N of Bundy.
Agree with you Patrick - potentially addictive.
