Well I be!...
One tries to do the right things… eg Support this site, and you get your membership withdrawn cos you don’t pay the renewal invoice…….

Well let me tell you.

The Memebrship renewal invoice arrived via email mid january or thereabouts

It had written on it….” alternatively you may qualify for free renewal by using the Adventure shop and making a purchase over $75 of Member Reward qualifing (sic) (displaying the M symbol) products”

To be sure and to confirm, I searched the site found this on the “shop display” web page… “NOTE: Membership Renewal will be automatically added free to your cart if you place a single order for more than $75 on any member qualifying products in the Adventure Shop (excluding cost of freight)”….

Note the word AUTOMATICALLY…… ??? this didnt happen..hehehe

So off to the shop I go and purchased a 1st aid kit at $164.90 plus postage less member rewards…so I am in for another year at least …or so I thought.

New full membership requires one to spend only $150.00 which is also supposed to automatically included.

almost in the blink of an eye 1st aid kit duly arrives,…and almost as fast thank you very much says swmbo…I did own it for a couple of mins though.... hahaha

2 weeks prior to expiry a reminder arrives saying membership expires 13/2…….oh its automated says I. So into the delete bin it goes…

Monday I notice my membership gets stopped…….Tuesday I cant post…… well not with out re-enlisting. Wouldnt let me re-enlist with current email adress either for some strange reason...well i didnt get a registration email back from the server? so had to use another

(Sorry David but i couldnt resist the urge to give you a stir)

I don't think david will mind, your post will have people checking out the shop, I just had a look at first aid kits. Can't say I remember who you are...or any of your "my wifes an angel" tag lines, but I am off to register my new name...maybe something about my bald head would be good

You will be back!

The system missed adding the renewal - Is that what happened?

Can you email or post the EOSHOP number so I can find out what happened this has been reported twice lately and I am interested to try to work out what happened. I assume you were logged on at the time and that the system filled in all the elivry details?

Very strange - Just looked up the paper work. You were logged on and the order was in the correct time frame and even a qualifing product. Hum.

Ayway I have re-enabled your id and Jackie is sending out your new card as we speak. I will hoepfully get to the bottom of this soon.

If it happens to any other please let us know via email or fedback and we will correct the issue.

If you mean the one in the Renewal invoice - missing the 'y' then yes and thanks, no one else has picked this or commented in 6 years. Well done.

David actually I did notice this mistake last time I saw one of those letters but being the good bloke that I am, I felt that you had enough work on your plate and I would just let the little mistake slide.
After all it would have made a good competition like "Find the spelling mistake On this web site"

P.S Nudie I liked your moniker "Ex Member No 1" had a nice ring to it.

Would Member No. 0.5 hold greater or lesser rank over Member No. 1?

Then there's the chance to go Member No. 0.25 ... etc. etc.

:o)
