PWB Anchor UT16 Hand winch / Tugger

Need some first hand knowledge of this product. I bid on what the seller thought was a BIG HAUL 1.6 T hand winch. Turns out it is a Tugger UT16 made by PWB Anchor, Bundoora Victoria.

The seller tells me that he paid $500 for it 2 years ago and he bought it from a winch instructor that said it was the only one he would sell to his students.

Can anyone tell me if these things are any good and how they might compare to the BIG HAUL or other better known brands. Its got Aluminium Housing

Need some urgent advise before I choose to go ahead or back out of the purchase.
