I have a 100 series landcruiser with 16 x 6.00 5 stud split rims. Are these rims the same as the new utes and troopies? In particular is the offset the same and can I use them on my wagon?

The 100 series landcruiser wagon that I want to buy the extra wheels for is a HZJ105 (Standard Van). I want to know if Ute or Troopy wheels fit, ( I know that the stud pattern is the same, I don't know if the offset is the same.

I dont quite get it you say you have a 105 series station wagon and if the rims are the same as on the troopys and utes because you want to fir them to a wagon?
regardless station wagons come with 6 inch splitties and utes and troopies come with 5.5 inch splitties. the 5.5 inch splitties are a narrower dish than the 6 inch so so station wagon wheels on a ute stick out a bit further and ute wheels on a wagon sit in further. AKAIK either wheel can go on either vehicle. But this may not apply if you are talking IFS 100 series. I have seen some peolle claim they definitly fit and others say they definitly dont

I haven't actually fitted the 78/79series splits to a 105series, but I believe that all 105/78/79 series wheels have similar backspacing, the same 5 stud pattern and are interchangable.
Make sure you steer clear of the 100series IFS wheels - they have 40mm greater backspacing and won't fit.
A couple of months ago Davoe told me he tried the 78series splits on a 105 and they fitted fine.
Cheers

I guess I didn't explain myself clearly. I am going to buy 3 wheels for my caravan and need them to interchange with the tow vehicle which is the 105 series standard Landcruiser. I needed to know if the
grey wheels are exactly the same so I can mix them up with the silver ones. I have the answer thanks to everyone's help. The 105 series wheels are 6.00 and the 78/79's are 5.5, there is also a difference in offset so they are not interchangeable. Therefore I must buy silver wheels from another 105. This will satisfy insurance and my peace of mind.

Mikeee, its all clear now :-)))) You should be able to pick up 3 for not much money - the tyre
places that do the dealer's tyre swaps usually have a pile of them.
