a call from a nice lady from telstra who found out about my little incident and was very apologetic for yesterday.
The lady with the choice works is going to be talked to and I will be receiving a hand written letter from the lady and her superior.
Also will be getting one product from telstra free for a month of my choice.
So its not a bad result after all .

Did you insist that the letter be hand delivered so you could meet the person in question.
What's the go with one product free for a month, you may get to like it then have to pay.

Get on the dog & bone bloke and ring everyone you know or even slightly know and say gooday. Ring Afghanistan, Rwanda and all those
places that send the emails asking you to help them divide up 40 mill. Rack up a big bill. LOL.
Sorry, i got a bit carried away there and besides you are probably too nice a bloke to abuse the offer. In the end a good result for you.

John got the letter in the post today in the ladies own handwriting and very apologetic with no excuses other than she didn't know her own products as
well as she thought.

Still says something about there training regime if she has to abuse the customer for her short comings.
Still at least they did deliver with this one.

well.
I am walking on average 4-5 ks a day but because of the size of the hole deep inside was about the size of a 50c piece I am not allowed to go to work or lift any thing heavier than 5kg for another 3 weeks.
The wife said just the other day actually every day at least 50 times a day when you going back to work. I guess she is going to miss me around the house.
