metal screw in fastener things for under bonnet

As you can tell, I want to know what to call the little metal lugs/screws you can get to replace the plastic fasteners that (sometimes) hold the rubbers to the bonnet (for instance). If it matters this is 100Series LC.
I have seen them, but have no idea what they are called or where I can find them.

Made by Champion and they are freely available from Super Cheap and Repco.
They are sold in 'Grab' packs. 5 in a blister box.
As I recall they call them gromets.
