Lost - you haven't said what probs you are having.

Give us a chance by letting us know.

Also I don't believe it is fair going public before the supplier has had a chance to sort for you if indeed that is what you have done.......

Even the best laid plans and well meanings go awry sometimes....

its also got a tail gate kitchen, and when its wos mounted, it wos in the wrong spot, so they moved it over, and now the kitchen has 10 extra holes drilled in it for no purpuse. the boat loader is all twisted and bent.
the mounts for the gas strutts for the boat loader are all bent.

Ok sounds like you have a legit prob.

Have you been in contact with the maker? Maybe they can sort the prob for you in the first instance. You said it was being unpacked so from that I assume it was delivered to you.

Was any of the damage as a result of the transport. I guess you have paid in full as well. What about the cooling off period thingy? Does that hold water now days?

Keep us posted - It will be good to see how you go..

Sorry, I mean that I havent even unfolded the tent section and set it up.
I picked it up yes2day arvo and towed it straight home and put it under the carport and went write over it.

In the past 4weeks all Ive had is dramas with the owner/ builder. he said that it would take 6 weeks to build, it has taken just over 3 months.
Also we got the full written quote in november last yr, but he was wanting to charge me the cost of what it is worth now, which several of the costs have gone up.

i think there is no such thing as a cooling off period these days????

ive called the owner regarding the faults, have to take back again on monday, and hopfully they will fix properly this time.???

Okkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!
Sounds like you have been thru the proverbial....

Be interesting to see his comments but I am sure that the quote will hold up in a court if there is no rider attached as such. Interesting to see the other owner said he would buy another - have they changed owners?

Good luck with your endeavour to sort out.

Hi Lost

We have had one, very good unit. Did not have one problem. If I was to purchase another they would be my first call.

All the best

We have one also.It is a great outfit, but the company is under different control since ours was built.Hitch it up and head back to Wangara and dont leave until you are satisfied.

Had ours for just over two years and done plenty of dirt, off road and beach trips, no hassles. There have been a couple of minor things, which when brought to their attention were fixed with no cost. When we picked ours up (from previous business owners) it was already put up on the factory floor and together we packed the trailer up and then 'practiced' puting the tent section out. One of the repairs (awning stitching) was repaired at the end of last year by new owners.
Always found them very helpful and easy to deal with. Hope your dramas work out.
Cheers
