Would be easier and better off to look for an ARB Winch bar, as they are stronger, can be used for recovery safer than the alloy, look better and are easier to find.

Thanks for the reply Truckster, I think the bar that Nissan sold was made of steel because it was painted black. It was just a small bar that looped up from under the bumper to the top of the grill and had a bar across between the uprights at about bumper level to mount lights on. I have an alloy bar on the car now but it is damaged and I really don't need a full sized bar.
