I still have a free set of three belts for this car for a member with this vehicle on his rig profile . All that is required is that you pay for the mail and a postal pack .
Cheers ,
Willie .

Bad luck Steve, I'm not a member either. Maybe one day we'll clamber out of the low lives we live and live up to everyone elses expectations. You're just not worthy of the belts!
All hail members.
p.s. As far as I'm concerned, I am a member - I belong to the
forum and have contributed, I have a
forum name, and every time I log on I am exposed to all the advertising. That makes me a member, just not a paid one.

D-Jack and Jimbo
Not elitism , just practical security . If the guy is a member , we can member message adresses etc . Don't be so quick to judge .

Judge????
You choose who you will or won't help according to their status. Or whether they can afford to pay fees to a club that you believe that only the
well heeled should be be able to accept some form of help.
Remove the plank etc.....

Looks like the elitists are taking it a step further. They're now going to inlude in their post how long they've been members.
Check the link. Dik measuring contest next? It's unfair to be critical of members paying for the extras they get, but this stuff is unnecessary. This isn't a criticism of Willie, who perhaps? went up the discretionary path out of practicality.

You really have a chip on your shoulder Jimbo . I told you why I did it , and you still feel like you have been hard done by .
I can't believe this . I give parts away no charge to help someone and I get a " Jimbo " like you complaining about it .
Get a life .

Oh Jimbo ,I forgot to mention , I also have no qualms about helping people who pay to support the site . I like to help the site because it has given me so much pleasure and help over the years , and I help like minded people .
I have no problems with people on the site who are not members , in fact the site would suffer greatly , without their input .
And Steve , I found it quite interesting to know how long people had been members . How you can relate that to the length of your appendage , leaves me non-plussed . Perhaps you worry about it too much .

but what about your first response:

I couldn't care less to be honest. Over and out.

If you had bothered to read lower down , I re-iterated , that apart from the security position , I want to support those who have supported the site .
If you could not care less , why have you gone on and on about it ?
Willie .

Noticed Willie's car is an T/Diesel Auto, belts may not be compatible with a petrol model. Just my thoughts, worth checking

I think you will find that Willie updated to the TD from Petrol at some stage.

That means that my earlier warning is still valid. The belts on a TD may be different to a petrol model

membership , send me a member message and I will give you my address .
Cheers ,

no Willy. I just find it unnecessary to be comparing "how long have you been a member? I've been a member 3 years. I've been a member 5 years. Oooh.". It's the same mentality as listing our toys. But if it gets you excited......obviously touched a sore point.

Come on guys, get over it.
Willie originally made a very generous offer for reasons he did'nt have to divulge let alone defend. It's now turning into a sour grapes and us vs them kefuffle rivalling the AWB crap.
