Hi all, some advice please, has any one been to the campsite at 5 mile track in this park, Parks Vic map has it marked as 4wd only so maybe it's not to well used. Any other spots worth a look would be appreciated.

I was camping dowm there about 17 years ago at Bear Gully and have decided that it's about time I went back and had a look. Back then the road ended at a un-developed bush camp right near the water. I hope to take a trip there soon to see if it is still agood spot to go. Will watch this space for more replies.

Went on saturday morning to campsite at end of 5 mile track, huge bolards every metre, 2 strands of 16mm galv cable, beach access must have been abused in the past and parks vic overreacted. What was once a nice camp at a great beach is now a car park with 2 small bush camps.

Bear Gully campground is located between Walkerville and Cape Liptrap at the end of Bear Gully Road
Neat and tidy with about 30 sites spread throughout the teetree. facilities include flushing toilets, fire pits, 30m to pebble beach looking out to Wilsons Promontory. BYO Firewood and Water
