Hi all, wondering if anyone can give me the torque settings for the flywheel bolts, and harmonic balancer bolt of a 2.4 deisel hilux, or steer me to a web site that maybe able to help.

Hi there Pesty, can give them to you for a 2.8D but I presume they would be different, when my clutch was done ( by a brake and clutch specialist ) it was a case of out with the air gun and I think tightened to the torque of F/T which might be why it has a shudder in it. Same with the harmonic balancer. Sorry cant help with the 2.4. Regards Steve M

123 Nm - Fly wheel & 167 Nm - Crankshaft pulley
Perssure plate to flywheel 19 Nm
