Where in SA can I get some of that soft hollow door sealing rubber stuff?. It would need to be stuck on a 15mm lip. I live 300km from Adelaide but I travel there every month or so. Thanks in advance. Rus.

hullo gramps, well,my neighbour liked my camper trailer that much that he decided to build his own(in my workshop). He's at the stage( and by the way,I'm only there for the drinks..a bit like Roothy) of making slide out sideways _Affordable_Storage_Drawers.aspx with doors that seal everything out. Now, we have had a couple of sessions of red cans, note .......red, not those yellow things, and it's nearly at the primer stage. So, OK I may post a couple of pics just before Easter 'cause that's when he wants to have it finished. I think 3 couples from here might go to Neds Corner that weekend. Bye for now, as we've had the 3 couples here for tea and we're a bit "gorrillas". Rus.

Rus,

hahahaha "we have had a couple of sessions ........ and it's nearly at the primer stage". You can't rush these things. They have to be very carefully planned :))))

Fitch the Rubberman in Hindmarsh has a huge stock of all rubber stuff. Helpful experienced staff who do the 4wd thing themselves.

Thanks Camper, I've heard of Fitch but not yet visited the store. I love checking out these places. You know, file it away in the grey matter for a time down the road. It looks like we'll be in town late next week so I'll have a gekko. Rus.

Hey, How did that happen? I did not make any sort of link to FITCH ( I did that to throw it off track) but it came out in blue and it is a link. Why? Who did that? What if I didn't want it to? (I don't really care, but how did it happen?) Rus.

Something eerie is happening here. I spelt that blue word in CAPITALS and it still presented itself as you see it. There are some things I don't understand. Rus.

Its an advertsing thing that has been set up. Every sposor of the site does the same thing. What I can't work out is why Campers did not go blue?
