2002 GU Patrol rear door cracking...

I just noticed this afternoon a fine crack along the side of the right hand side
barn door just above the catch and just about level with the bottom of the window. Push the door in and the crack closes. Looks like a weld failure. Has anyone seen this before? Good job I took out the extended warranty - I hope.

Hi Peter, It is not real common but it does happen where yours is cracked. Nissan will probably tell you its fatigue from offroad use and the vehicle is not really intended for that!! ;)
