I'm now up to step 2 in getting the rear door crack fixed. Nissan have denied the warranty claim. I have tried calling on the Nissan customer relations number but just get ledt in a queue so does anyone have a name and direct number?
BTW, the dealer actually asked me today if I did any 4wding in the car?

Peter, search NISSAN WARRANTY and you'll find post 26762 amongst others.
