Further to my earlier post, here's a
pic of the crack in the rear door. If you have a Patrol, please
check your door. Nissan are still considering the issue after I requested a review of their initial denial of the claim.!MPG:12!

Hi Peter,
I am sure there was a few people who reported cracks in rear doors of GU's (early Models). I recall some GQ's had a problem with hairline cracks too but from what ive seen, this problem was mainly caused to vehilces that did lots of corrigation work. But ive not seen anything as bad as your one. Whats year model is yours Peter? Did you buy it new?
Anyone else recall posts in relation to rear door cracks on early GU's ?
Keep insisting mate, seems they know of the problem I'm sure, maybe like all manufatcurers, they want to try and save some dollars by not accepting responsability.

It started at the seam or overlap on the inside of the right hand door near the bottom left corner of the window. It's now about a 6cm crack. I'll take a wider shot tomorrow.
