Frontal Offset collision is still the hardest barrier
test to pass. Australian ADRs changed early this decade to make our 4wds safer but our 4wds still don't have to pass a frontal offset barrier collision
test.
They used to be exempt from a lot more than they are now.
There's still room to improve though and market forces will push the manufacturers there before the legislators IMHO.
