Ive just driven past the
Todd River in
Alice Springs and it has started flowing over night. I dont think it has peaked yet as the council are still out closing causeways so if you in the area head down for a look and if your going down further, stay out of the river.

See the Todd flow and you will never leave the Alice....or so the saying goes.
Hopefully there will be a bit of greenery around when we come that way in a months time.

I remember my father telling me a story about a mate of his losing his son to a wall of water on the Todd - nearly 40 years ago....

It used to be like that and it will happen again I suppose, but it doesnt run like it did a few years back!
