The park is closed at night with rangers doing a sweep of the roads. A ranger followed me till the turnoff to the GCR on dusk and turned around when i made the turn. As for Coppers? cant imagine they hang out there too much after dark - or maybe they do if there is trouble at the community

and even if he did miss the rock (which i don't know how this was done) what about all the signs that would of been there. and as my son says how extra stupid if his drunk to ask the police for directions.
i'm a south aussie and we aren't all that bad!.
