Footloose
I've installed it, de installed it, configured it, re configured it etc. I've installed it from the CD's, installed it from the diskdrive etc ....in other words I've fiddled till my hair turned
grey (actually that happened when I got married:).
And yes I read the userguide HTML etc ...again and again.
Problem: Can't access any 250 sheets or 250K mosaic. Can access everything else I think.
Probably a silly question but .....
Did that lot of maps actually come on the two disks ?

Thanks for that Steve. All I see on CD2 is the reference data text, no image ? Geez I must be thick.

Steve, normally yes but on this occasion I just wanted to use the raster viewer . SUCCESS. I had the %^&&& thing pointed at the wrong directory, of course. I thought it was looking for a map, it was looking for the mapdata...the text file.
Many thanks for your kind assistance.

I have gone back a couple days here ,
well i got
mine in the mail and it works perfect with the raster viewer but i can't get it to work in OziExplorer, I had the old version going ok .what i did was deleted the old version and that was full of map files but this new one has stuff all in it as far as files go , I can only see 8 ecw files in the 1:250.000 folder

Doug,
mine is the 2003 version. If yours is the same, read my success post. You might find that you're looking for maps instead of data.

Fotty,
On disk 1 you'll find the Landsat 7 image at:
D:\Rasters\Satellite-Mosaic\mosaic-cd1
Also on disk 1 you'll find the 1:million image at:
D:\Rasters\1M-Mosaic\mosaic-cd1
On disk 2, you'll find the 250k mosaic map at:
D:\Rasters\250K-Mosaic\mosaic-cd2
Next you'll have to download the .map files on the oziexplorer website:
Go to www.oziexplorer.com and go to the "Australian page". This .exe download file slips the map files into a folder on your hard drive. I then put all maps and calibration files in the same folder in my maps folder in Oziexplorer and it all works
Best of luck.
Cheers
Phil
