Hi all,

Have a 1994 80 series, Diesel (non Turbo) Base Model GX. Have Just purchased a Diesel Tacho from Ebay that runs off the alternator. Have read post on this forumn and everyone talks about the W wire coming out of the regulator of the alternator.

A) What does this look like how do i identify it. ( If i have it)

B) For calibration purposes, does anyone have the information required handy. i.e pully size e.c.t e.ct. (vague Qu I know)

C)What is RPM at 60km/h ( 3rd gear) 80km/h (4th gear) and 100km/h(5th gear)
I dont think tire size effects this number, gear ratios dont change.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks
