TOP SECRET
well I guess i can tell you , but don't say anything eh ...lol What i did was to open my Garmin GPS software of which is where i have waypoints and got the Lat/Long for those SD sitesm then came zooming in from outer space like bluddy Superman.
Can you access that on yours or have you only got dial up. I tell you it eats up the megabytes fast.
Do you like trains, check this out , i just found it

Doug

Have a look at this web site www.gpsvisualizer.com/index.html. Go to the file conversion page

Point it to your Garmin waypoint file and it will convert your waypoints into a Google Earth KML file. Google earth will load with all your waypoints transcribed onto it

Cheers

Exactly what I been wanting to do for a while now. Google Earth has always appeared to be a bit "toyish" but with some simple instruction it has become very useful.

I'm a little "pootr challenged" so to speak, but sometimes things just happen.

Thanks a million.

Thanks for the waypoint visuliser. I've been back 6 months from Around OZ & just loaded 1 file of all WA waypoints. Awesome, now will have to load the rest of OZ.

Doug,
I've already checked out your site a couple of times. Some good pics and good reading. As for the google pictures, I'm sure they wouldn't bother them much as long as you don't use too many.

Cheers
