Looks like the van is OK! Not sur if it qualifies as a goal though as the whole rig needs to go through the posts.
Kind regards

PS they simply just don't make signs like that in
Brisbane they all seem to fall over with even little impact.

This has to be a cunning plot to fool us using Photoshop. Nobody could do that, not even
grey nomads.
I can tell because there is a bloke dressed up as a cop trying to hide behind the car.
(Or is that a real cop bleep himself laughing?)

I think it looks legit, pretty good driving job to fit it through so neatly.

Photoshop.
For the amount of damage on the passenger's side the uprights of the
sign aren't even slightly bowed.
Nice try though.

Another big clue - no damage to the front guard but the door is seriously damaged. .

The front of the van is bent in where the post has hit it. Pretty hard to fake.

Not disputing the van hitting the
sign but the car in the picture didn't go through the 2 posts.

Imagine explaining that to the insurance company.
They would be pis8ing themselves especially if they sent a picture in.
All the best

There's a stretch of bitumen road in the background - a bend.
I bet he's overshot the bend, gone straight on, just made it through the signpost uprights and WHAMMO, the van sorta brought it all to a stop.
As a "
Grey Nomad" msyelf I take great exception to pics and comments such as this. It's derogotary, discrminatory, not politically correct, and most of all,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
DILLIGAF!!

Hahahahaha....Nice combo photo!
The van and the car are not together. The car didn't go through the sign as it cannot fit through it. The damage sustained to the door was made by the bollard you can see between the car and the van. The car has come from the way it is facing, hit the bollard, gone over the top of it and has spun around. I suggest a passerby has either gone for help and unhooked their own van and have left it there. It has rolled forward and is resting against the sign.
Good one for hypotheticals...lol
