Hi guys n gals. I have been given a GME TX 610 handheld UHF. We use to keep the kids in touch when playing away from camp. Seems a good unit, also nice & light. However no instructions came with it and although 98% straight forward (and common sense) it would be great to get hold of a set of operating insructions as there are a couple of features that I can't access.

I have two 5 watt Uniden articles but the features and lingo are a bit different.

Anyone with a set of instructions that would be willing to send a copy ie. scan/e-mail or a fax would be muchly appreciated.

Mike.

Miker,

Just did a search around the GME site and came up with this manual for you.

http://www.gme.net.au/support/Customer/manuals/tx610.pdf

I thought David had changed this site so that any HTTP link would be converted to a hyperlink. Anyway, this should work.

GME TX610 and select TX610.

Regards,
David.

David,
I think www.gme.net.au/support/Customer/manuals will convert but http://www.gme.net.au/support/Customer/manuals/tx610.pdf won't.

Geoff,

Yeah, I think they do a test of the Web site to make sure that it exists. I suspect that a .PDF returns a different result to a .HTM page (e.g. OK).

David.
