Hi all, was looking out the window at work the other day ( bored witless :-) ) and noticed that the holding yard for Pickles auctions has got about 9 white base model 100 series cruisers sitting there, i assume they are the rigid front end, i'm not game to negotiate the huge electric fence to confirm LOL....

Anyway the navy/airforce have been dropping off a lot of cars over the past week, so i would guess these are ex air force units, they look in good nick and would be worth a look for anyone chasing one of the last tough cruisers.

Give pickles in garden drive tullamarine a ring if you want to know more.

PS - i dont work for them, just unlucky enough to work next to them !! :-))

no probs, you want em washed with alkaline de-ruster, or degreaser, they are a bit big to fit in the vapour degreser hot tank :-)

as for the paint job, hmm whats in the cuboard in a spray can, safety yellow enamel, yellow etch primer, molybond dry lube, dry teflon, liquid wrench.......

happy to oblige :-)))

If they are OK they wont be that cheap as the steelers snap them up. The best price you could hope for is next successfull bid after the dealers give up
