Has the
Pick this Place competition lost its appeal.
The last one went off at 13:00 on 19th and now nearly 46 hours later the current
pic has had only 56 guesses. Me thinks it has lost its appeal with most of us.
Dont get me wrong, I think this sort of thing is great, but maybe it needs a pick me up of some kind.
Thoughts anyone

Hi Cruiser
I was only thinking the same thing myself. Is it supposed to be a 'guessing' competition?? (eg- if the
pic is a
cave we enter every
cave in the county, and the 'lucky' one wins). Or is it an identification competition, where we have a fair idea as to where it is, and zero in on it , with the correct spelling etc...
With some of the entrys up to know- you either know where it is- or you don't. As an example I got
Neale Junction on the first entry- cos I've been there. I'd imagine (like the current one)- if you ain't been there you wouldn't have a clue where it is??
BUT on the other hand- it is very interesting when it is solved, to know where the
places are- and maybe mark them down for the 'next' trip!!!

Cruiser,
Maybe every now and then one comes along that no one has a clue about. Entries might pick up when clues are given. IMHO.
PS :- Won two so far. LOL.
Cheers,
Bros.

Come on people, just because David has posted a hard one you all spit it and give up. Wherever it is, I have not been there (unless I was asleep) - but someone soon will get it - just tells me I need to get out more often - Roll on June - we are off on the Trans Aust Line and Connie Sue - might even take a photo or two for David to frustrate some of you with.
