Has anyone run an arial inside the roof lining on a Hilux TD 2005? I have a inside roof console for my CB and need to get the arial up there. Any suggestions or experience with this?

I have never done it - but I would approach it this way.
Pull lining off at a windscreen pillar at the door opening
Push solid wire (coat hanger) through to the console and attach cable to end of wire and then pullit through.
Same procedure up or down the pillar.
Just a suggestion!!!!!!!!!

In the old pajero with a roof console, I ran a piece of block PVC tube about 6mm dia running up the side of the windscreen tucked in tight to the window rubber.
Can hide it with some tape if you want.
Useful for the aerial, power cables and instrument cables, reading light cables too.
In the end I ran one large power cable and had a small fuse/distribution box in one corner.
