Hi OS & D
Just
home but I'm interested too; have a friend at Alcan Gove.
Best I can offer is this link, 2 hrs old, from Met website www.bom.gov.au/products/IDD65011.shtml
My best guess is its windy and wet as hell but it's passed reasonably northwards. Path seems fairly erratic.
Cheers, RayJen

Barry
I hope all goes
well for you. I left
Darwin 2 weeks before Tracey and unfortunatley I had friends that died in that one.
I hope for everyone that it looses power and does not directly hit
Darwin.

I have just been talking to an old friend from
Darwin - they are battening down the hatches. Current prediction is for a square hit sometime tomorrow afternoon. They are hoping that crossing the Coburg Peninsular will take some of the edge off ...
