I am looking for a good late model toyota 2h engine, complete.
If anybody has one or knows of one for sale then please reply with details.

Matt, have you considered putting in a 1HZ. Not a big deal really, they will fit 40 - 60 series.

I am keen to do this but I would like to speak to somebody who has done it before, also to view the end result.
Looking about I can get a complete fully fueled 1hz engine at a resonable price these days, there are many low Klm engines being imported.
I need the donk to go in a HJ60 so if anyone has put a 1hz engine in it then I would like to hear all about it,

mine has 1HZTD in his 60 series and his 30 series, both been in about 4 years, a very good conversion. He is in the ACT.

I looked into replacing my 2H with a 1hz and was told, a number of times, that I would require a new gearbox and that adaptors were not available
