Well its that time again, the Simpson Trip was AWSOME last year, its off to the cape this year.
As before, we are going in our ever so reliable Jackaroo Diesel, with 2 boys 10 and 12 years and the wife. We are taking a camper trailer this time, to give it a go, pitching the tent for 20 nights straight on the Simpson trip last year was tough.
I will post the itinary for anyone interested on my group site (link), but in short we are leaving the 23rd of June, for 18 to 20 days, so back to work on the 17th of July for me..
Anyone with kids interested tagging along email me, etsmith@netspace.net.au, we are taking the telegraph track so it will involve many creek crossings, but nothing life threatning, I hope....

Just be careful of water ingress into the air intake. Saw a Jack blow an engine by taking the wrong approach to a "puddle" on the track.
