evening all, just wondering if anyone knows if those caravan covers are any good, do they sweat and do they mark the caravans with the wind moving them around .
our caravan is in been fixed from hail damage at last and want to keep the sun and weather off it as mach as possable when we get it back.

Hi pete, we have one on our van it certainly keeps the van cleaner but has scratched the perspect windows, from flapping in the wind. would suggest spending extra money and get a good one... (even though ours cost about $380.00)........

Yeah, they do tend to scratch the paintwork & windows...A Tall carport is a better idea & one I will be investing in soon, maybe lattice or similar on the western & northern sides for sun protection...

thanks for your feed back, i did see in the caravan world magazine the other day where someone had used those swimming pool noodles with the hole through the middle, and tying them to the top middle and bottom of the windows to keep the cover off . might be of some help to you. and i would like a carport but i haven't got one of those money trees out back.. thanks again.
