Anyone have any clues for a good fishing tackle online
shop ? I am looking specifically for Halco lures.

Ive bought fishing gear in the past from ebay. Good prices too. Around 30% cheaper then through a store.

Hi Chris,
used to get that MO Tackle magazine a while back. They were in
Coffs Harbour. Thay were like a huge warehouse with good prices, especially on lures. Don't know if they're still about, Most probably online too.

They are still going and have ads on the TV in BNE. They say they will send out a catalouge rather than mentioning a specific web address.
They Guarantee the lowest prices so would be worth a call. I cannot remember te number unfortunately.

yeah Google doesn't bring anything up. They are (were) brilliant for stuff like Abu, haven't picked up a catalogue for a couple of years though.

Personally I'd rather go to the local store and help a bloke feed his kids and pay the mortgage, than buy online from someone who I'll never meet and doesn't have to go to work to earn your money.
Don't take it personally, its just my opinion.
And like a__holes, everyones got one!

You mean and get a heap of free advice and be shown something simple and durable and have your line put on for free and get warranty support and....
Yeah, I think there are a few reasons to buy from the local bloke too. ;-)

I would love to buy from a local store but I don't have one !
I am sure the blokes running their online shops also have to feed their kids & pay their mortgages also.
Big thanks to all those that gave constructive advice.
