I refere to my post 28533 of Nov 2005.
Since that time I have been topping up the power steering reservoir with Lucas Oil Power Steering Stop Leak(Or your money back!!) and by jingo it works!!!!!! I was told it would take 5 to 6 months to work....... and the bloke was right!
Also since having Nissan genuine rear engine seal fitted there has been no leak there as
well. Nissan looks like almost new truck underneath...lol

Willem, oh no, not the snake oil! Are you sure there's oil in it ? :))) Sounds good, next time my pump leaks I'll have to give it a go.

I can imagine ! Maybe the diffs need peeking at also...and the transfer box. When the sounds from em are louder than your boom box its time to
check :))))))))

Hey
My friends steering was leaking after a bogging in water.....from this site, a gent told us that he used to work at Landrover, and the best fix was a few drops of brake fluid...so i passed that on and he tried it in the reservoir,,,no more leak.....the brake fluid has a additive called seal swell in it....which is what your special stop leak formulas have...
I passed the info onto another guy with a leaking diesel fuel pump....it stopped that too, but made his pump noisier...
Ever wondered why after you change oil, something leaks....
