Having just completed the first 2mths of my 6mths most excellent adventures trek here a few of the nicer places to look at:- Mt Tim Shea in Tassie, Ralphs Falls hut for an o'night camp in Tassie, Near the Vic/NSW border on the Snowy, Anywhere along the Barry Way, Mt Kaputar, Raspberry Lookout especially when it is foggy down below, Billyrimple Lookout. Just a few of the many nice places visited so far - all have a similar theme of mtns and trees, something we have precious few of back home in WA. Anyway enough of this stuff if you see the dirty brown Maverick around give a wave or say hello. rgds
Slow down and relax......

And water - In Tassie we couldn't get over all that lovely FRESH water running everywhere. I thought we covered the island fairly well, but don't know about Mt Tim Shea OR Ralph Falls. Where are they both?

Enjoy the rest of your trip and keep the forum posted.
