Went in to the camping shop in Pirie today looking for leggings(stuff to put around your legs when walking through spinifex) and happened to show SWMBO a Two Zone for the Engel.

"Geez, that's just what I need", said she.

So now I have to figure out a way to fit it. Yes the fridge has to come out and then installed again. Bugger!!

They did not have the leggings. Will have to cut up my old jeans methinks.

Scouting shops or hiking, have long gaiters if you are looking for leggings. Good quality stuff.

A woman who wants camping accessories?

Perhaps cloning is a good thing.

yeah i've been looking at these for what must be 18mths now, for the old 29L. quite keen but reckon as soon as i get one the fridge will finally die and i'm stuck with trying to pick up another one that will fit the two zone.

still......

leggings for spini? try 150-200mm pvc pipe :) seriously though, why not just grap an old pair of jeans and tar them up?

For the leggins what about a hospital, don't they supply something similar, to patients when bed ridden for a while? Don't know if these are what you need but may suit the job.
May also be free??

Cheers Trevor.

G'day young fella, Plenty leggins around here in the hardware shops. Made to keep prickles out of your socks but may not be thick enough for spinifex. maybe you could cut up some old canvas and hold it together with velcro or sew in a couple of buckles.
Had a call earlier from your bro. He's at Andamooka (sp) tonight. I guess your already in bed keeping warm. Damned cold here tonight.
Cheers

Don't cut up the old jeans, they're the trendy bits these days. Make sure there's a hole or 3 in em and paint a handprint on the cheeky bits.
You'll be soo koolies.......especially at night in the desert ! LOL
