Hi all, I am thinking about fitting a duel battery to my 100 series Land cruiser V8 petrol, but just where do you put the power steering fuel reservoir? Any help and even a photo would be much appreciated, thanks Pete.

Not sure about the petrol but I've got two starters up front in the diesel.
Just purchased a Remco 100AH for the rear replacing a 55AH Optima which wasn't up to the job.
Rebuilding the rear storage area.

Camera is out of action, so unfortunately no pics - but I disconnected the reservoir, chopped one leg off and then remounted it to the air cleaner mounting bolt (just on one bolt).

The only trick was the bend in the lower hose - I had to flip that so that the ends were swapped - and then it fitted perfectly.

I've got two 130 A/h deep cycles in there now.. No other mods required - except to mount the battery tray, and that was a simple affair.
Cheers,

Ivan
