This has been posted before, but I thought I would just brag about getting a brand new set of S/Ts for my truck. I had 40 thous klicks on my old set and they still had 40k to go. not bad. Anyway check your serial numbers and make sure you get your replaced. The size recalled is 285/75 16. and the serial numbers are stamped on the side without the white lettering - means you have to get under the truck or pull the spare off. Coopers have advertised the serial numbers in reverse so be careful when checking your serial number ie, the last number in the series is placed first in the recall notice and the first number is placed last (the fella at Bob Janes told my my tyres were not included at first but I set him straight...)- I think this was an honest mistake and not intended to fool people......???

So it is only if you want to show off with the white letters on the outside that you need to climb undeneath to look for the serial No.?
