Should be passable in two weeks.
They are waiting on a loader to get there to clear the sand bank in the middle of the Nicholson River..
Still a lot of lying water and boggy places along the track but passable at the moment but the river will stop you..
Water level is passable but the sand bank is not..

Are you heading up that way Voxson or are you just looking for information to help or planned trip up there. We should be up there somewhere in around three weeks from now.

Thanks for the update. My response was really a round about way of asking what your trip is coz I thought we might be there around the same time.

Have a goodun up the Cape - would like to do it after a wet wet.

hi Voxson

Thanks for that.
We plan to leave Cairns in about 2 weeks and were going to head straight to KFC. Might have to stop off for a week or 2 somewhere else before there.

enjoy your trip
