Heading up to
Khancoban area for 3-4 days over long weekend with 3-4 vehicles - all fully 4WD capable and based in Albury area. As its a new area for us all anyone got any suggestions for some interesting tracks/camping areas/huts etc?
Is in through Corryong, onto
Tom Groggin, and out though Mount Beauty feasable?
Any help appreciated before we start poring over the maps!

Have a look at the Vic NP site as I think the
Davies Plain track is closed for the winter as
well as others. Some of them are closed late May from memory looking at the signs.

The
davies plain track will be open for the weekend but closed afterwards. It always pays to
check though! You can get to Mt Bueaty from that way via Taylors Crossing etc. Good Scenery and driving.

I'd very much doubt it.
It closes May 1 to 1 December. No exclusions or exceptions.
