g'day
recently i posted two threads which were the same
by mistake i lost some valuable info due to deleting 1 thread
as i've been told by one of the members

this is a copy of my previous thread

I've been following the recent posts about gearbox problems in the troopy 78 series
i'm beginning to get worried about my MATE troopy
i,ve got a 2002 78 series and i've been hearing a klonk from underneath when i change gears, does that ring a bell with anyone.
any info appreciated.
thanks again

Hi Skippie, I would put money on the connecting shaft between the gearbox and transfercase worn. If you leave it you might loose drive alltogether, get it looked at.
