heading off to CSR country in 2 weeks time, going S to N. just to community then hanging a left. can't believe I'm the first out there this year, - what no updates in the "track conditions" section?? someones gotta have given it a recci.?

I doubt you will be the first out there.
Three weeks ago there was a bloke bogged out at
Well 51 after doing the S-N run. People get out there in January and most other months of the year as
well.
Unless wet, track conditions would be pretty much the same as always. Sand on the crests and corrugations in the swales.
I should be out there somewhere by beginning of July but coming in from
Windy Corner.
