Believe it or not these are marketed as portable. Apparanly made from a light weight plastic.

Even if I could carry it, we have severe water restrictions in SE QLD and it looks like it would take a liter or two to fill?

Looks EXACTLY like what the Tasmanian's have - only difference is they use pumps to draw water up from the lake in the paddock where they put their juckuzis (no idea how to spell that?).
Actually, add a handle to the sides of this thing and it looks a bit like a teacup from Alice in Wonderland! And do you note the image name? Dutch Tub? Is that the real reason for the bubbles??
