100 series clutch shudder

hi every one,
i have a 100 series 1hz diesl which until 2 days ago had terriable clutch shhudder
and has had it from the day i bouht it
after a clutch replacement under warranty it lasted about a week i had clutch kit and a new fly wheel under warranty and it drove me mad
well iwill let you know that there is a solution to this problem and that is a safari tuff clutch by daiken best money i spent they at first choise clutch and brake at east maitland and carters clutch service also at maitland say that this is the answer to the problem

what cost the part and fitting?
what warranty did they give?

hi andrew,
im not sure what it would cost to fit as i did it myself. it took about 4 hours to remove box,clutch and flywheel.i got the fly wheel machined at a cost of 27.50. clutch kit was 500.00 andspigot bearing was 15.00 then it took me about the same time to put it back togeather

Are you saying you had clutch fitted 2 days ago? but the last clutch lasted a week before started to shudder, your getting a bit excited arn`t you?. Hope it lasts a bit longer than the last one, and yes I know how made it drives you (Im a 100s owner)
I would also like to know what it costs.

As per my comments in a previous thread, I fitted a Daikin clutch some months ago and have done a couple of trips since, including some heavy towing and no more shudder!
It should fix your problem no worries.

were did you buy the clutch kit from? I tried both of of those
places and was quoted about $610.
