I have seen a few cars around whith the rear window replaced with a sliding or tilting type window. I usually have a couple of dogs in the bakc and was hoping I could replace one of the windows with something that I can open to let the 'odors' out. Anyone have any tips or recommendations? (it needs to be lockable of course)
Thanks in advance

I think those are ex govt vehicles. Someone must modify them for the govt. Michael

Ask at windscreen replacement shops. I had a pair installed in the rear of a Nissan E20 – but that was 20 years ago. PeterD

Have a look at these fellows:
http://www.puppybars.com, although he is in Victoria. He makes dog gates to fit the rear of the vehicle, mostly for dog club members. Price is about 460 I think. I have a similar barrier from Veh-Quip (also in Victoria) in my Landcruiser. I went with Veh-Quip because I wanted a better fit to the vehicle, and their product appeared to be of better overall quality. Price from Veh-Quip was 650. Casper
