Warwick
I have a full set that have done about 1km from Toyota showroom to ARB dealer. Mine is turbo diesel, I'm assuming all the same?
Trouble is, I'm in Geelong, but if you get a little more desparate you may want to look at 'em.
You can have them for $200, plus you arrange and pay for pick up and transport.
I won't be offended if you don't follow up, as they don't take up much room in shed.
Regards

Hi Warwick, and tuck 01,

I have a set that I just pulled out of my truck to replace for OMES. They've done 70,000kms but are not sagged. I am in Narrabri, but my mate will be travelling down to Syd at the end of July so you could organise to pick them up from his place in Gymea. Same price. Not meaning to trounce your offer tuck, I'm just another bloke trying to sell something.

Cheers,

Ando

Thanks Tuck 01 and Ando
I appreciate your offers but to be honest I do not really want to spend that amount , as I had enough hassle trying to get the missus to let me spend up on the 3 inch lift , (adjustable shock and adjustable panard rods ), hence the reason I am trying to get away with this as cheap as possible , as she will hit the roof when i tell her i am pulling these out when i am traveling to work / around the city
and need to spend another $200 or so on springs :(

Thanks Anyway & still looking
Cheers

No sweat Warwick and Ando. Wasn't really thinking about selling them until I saw the post. I'm a bit of a bower bird so will keep them with all the other standard bits I pulled off it.
In fact, about to replace my rear OME coils with heavier duty after our recent heavily loaded Simpson trip. So I will add a pair of OME's with 60,000km on them to the collection.
My bride too questions my spending habits on the truck, but I reminded her of the thumps as we lowered the top of most dunes on the crossing.
I'm sure a set at the right price, right location will turn up soon.
Cheers

G'day Tuck,
What kind of OME's did you have on for your simmo trip? I'm leaving friday week for a simmo trip. Have a pair of medium heavies in the back to cope with the load. Was going to go with the constant 200's but the boys at ARB thought it would be overkill as I dont have a rear bar.

Only medium (dunno the tech details, just "as fitted by store").
Since my suspension was done, I've added a second spare to my Kaymar back end, and a 180 litre LongRanger, which was full leaving Oodnadatta.
Also had 80 litres of water on board, 60 and 40 litre Engels (both full, 40 working as freezer), Honda 20 gennie, and enough other stuff to keep us going for 6 months I reckon.
Won't travel that heavy again (not too old to learn after all), but even local, with both spares mounted and maybe 90 litres in the back tank, I'm still sitting down a bit, as judged by the heqadlight flashes I get at night.
Hope you enjoy the trip as much as we did.
Cheers

Have you tried ringing some of the local fitters etc, such as ARB, OL, TJM. Surely there are some lying around somewhere that were replaced before they sagged. Then again, the shops probably throw them out cause they just take up room if the bowerbird owners don't ask for them back. I've got a set but I'm a couple of hours west of you. Hmm, I've also got a full set of foam cell shocks, cargo barrier, towbar, etc........how many of you keep the replaced parts anyway? Hope I'm not the only one.
