How is it that after a tense game, the 1st thing we do is jump on Exporoz?

I can sense a thesis coming on...

I remember watching "Snoopy" the helicopter playing soccer with his "handler" at the Melbourne show years ago.

Snoopy was a Bell 206 from the Army base at Oakey and the pilot was brilliant. The bloke on the ground had nerves of steel too. They wouldn't do it now, a full sized helicopter flying around inside the main area - ouch!

On Fraser 3 years ago a Troopy of backpackers pulled up, within 2 hrs it was all headlights on, Australia v. France, Sweden and England. Australia went narrolwy down 4-3, unlike last night.

So good....we're through to the next round!! That was the longest ten minutes I've ever put in and I hyperventilated the whole way. Go Socceroos!!!

So proud.

What a great game, like Brazil, the boys looked good enough to beat them many times BUT just can't seem to get the ball into the net.

Maybe they might have a better chance against Italy.

Kind regards

We need a decent strategy. Perhaps if we had the female half of the supporters remove their tops during the Italian match ?

F'loosie, some of the girls the camera focus on you half expect to flash em! It doens't happen despite my calls.

Mike doesn't seem quite as articulate this morning. I thought seeing the two lines in the original post he was off running round the pitch with his shirt over his head ;^)

John, it's difficult to be articulate if you've been up all night watching that game.
I've never played a game where the fans have even contemplated doing that. If they had, I *might* have been distracted, and I'm not even Italian.

Oh lets face it, even as a spectator I'd be distracted :))

Given the technology we have available now there should be playbacks etc available in these high profile matches.
