80 series cruiser with no oil pressure gauge reading - i suspect it is the sender unit.
anyone give me a tip where the oil sender unit is - petrol model - and how to
test if it is the gauge or the unit?

Edbid.
I think it will be under inlet manifold. Remove wire from sender and earth wire to engine block, turn ignition on and guage should go to full. This indicates the guage is ok and leaves you with a sender fault or of course an oil press fault.

Thanks Greg,
