What is the significace of a "Dual stage" is this a device particular to vans?

No Dual stage are not only on vans.
"Dual stage" Cuts the presure down in two stages from your LPG to the first regulator first stage, regulator to the next regulator second stage, gas deliverd to aplances at the wright working presure.
The problem is ther is a fault in the sytem that has not been pin pointed at this sage and the regulators are failing.
