G'day all,
Anyone know of a printed workshop manual for my new hilux diesel. My enquiry with Toyota a few months back suggested around $700 would get me a CD-ROM version......as if.
I know they are normally not available for a couple of years after release, although I think these vehicles were released overseas prior to OZ. Can anyone help me with this one.
Cheers,
Sheps

Paul,
Good luck. They still have'nt published one for the 2003/2004 models (2001 is the latest, I think). Try this link and look for a 2004 Tacoma (???) or such like.
Mine (2004) looks pretty similar to a 2003 Tacoma.

Thanks Al, guess I still have a bit of a wait although I will follow-up on the Tacoma.

Someone asked the same question last year and got a blank response from Haynes/Gregorys.
I've had the same issue when I bought a Prado diesel when first released in 2000. I still did my own maintenance, just using the info from the owners manual, and a couple of years later, Gregorys came out with a manual. I'd expect that Gregorys would wait until the current Prado was here with the same motor.
