Hi All,
The wet weather appears to have passed and with some strong drying winds yesterday has improved the overall condition of the roads around us.
Kulgera to Fink - Trafficable OK with caution
Fink to New Crown Station - Stoney Road with some
creek washouts
New Crown to Charlotte Waters - Avoidable surface
water on track, OK with caution
Charlotte Waters to Mt Dare - Some soft spots and mud, avoidable with caution
Mt Dare to Dalhousie Turnoff - 5 or 6 soft areas with short bypass tracks in use.
Dalhousie Turnoff to Dalhousie - Bypass 4 km before dalhousie in use otherwise OK
Dalhousie to Purnie
Bore -
Spring Creek Delta bypass in use to
Freeth JunctionSimpson Desert - Open
A couple of boggings but nothing dramatic
BTW thanks for the support in the other posts concerning Mt Dare
Regards
Ian @ Mt Dare

Ian.
Thanks for the road report, it is good to get a report from such a reliable source. Also thanks for the great service you provide to the public , even the ones with no manners. Eric.

Given it was his/her first posting, I wouldn't be too concerned.

We never actually GOT to Mt Dare last year at the same time, much more
water around then by the sound of it. But Ian @ Mt Dare gave good advice to stay on the blacktop when we phoned to check ahead.
